Yuvraj Singh captured his 100th ODI wicket


Yuvraj Singh captured his 100th one day wicket when he had Baressi leg before wicket for 26 in the game against Netherlands at Delhi on 9th March, 2011.

At the end of this game, his aggregate stood at 101. He became the 106th bowler in the annals of one day games to total 100 plus one day wickets. He became the 14th Indian bowler to capture 100 plus wickets in one day games.

Yuvraj Singh with 7848 runs and 101 wickets to his credit became the 49th cricketer in the annals of one day games to perform the all rounder’s double of 1000 runs and 100 wickets.

Yuvraj is the third Indian all-rounder and the eighth overall to complete the double of 7,000 runs and 100 wickets in ODIs. OthersIndian players are SR Tendulkar with 17842 runs and 154 wickets and Sourav Ganguly with 11363 runs and 100 wickets.

Apart from three Indians, Steve Waugh, Jacques Kallis, Aravinda de Silva, Sanath Jayasuriya and Chris Gayle have accomplished the double of 7,000 runs and 100 wickets.
